About Us

The Audio Vortex is an audio production company based on Camano Island, Washington - only an hour's drive from Seattle (no ferries). We offer a variety of services including:

The studio was established March 1989 in Seattle by Patrick Donicht who has been involved with a variety of projects ranging from rock, jazz, classical, voice over, theatre, advertising, television, movies, and live sound. Patrick is also a musician, composer, arranger, producer and has built several recording studios, rehearsal studios, home studios, and enjoys consulting for DIY installations.
